Requirements

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in sales & customer service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry) OR leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations).
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
