About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking motivated individuals for their Management Training Program. Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas: Sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential), Customer service in a sales industry (i.e., retail, restaurant, hospitality), Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team, or Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as an operational expert behind the scenes.
• Master knowledge and skills to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to build business relationships.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
