Management Trainee Fall 2026 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students in their final semester, aiming to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning, growth, and enjoyment. The internship is located at either 3080 Hilltop Mall Road, Richmond, CA or 3270 Sonoma Blvd, Vallejo, CA. This part-time position offers $22 per hour and is for students graduating in December 2026.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in their final semester graduating December 2026.
- Must have 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- Must be able to commit to a 10-12 week internship.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
- Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
