Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry) or Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations).
• Must have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put customers first.
• Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
