Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Have held a leadership position for the last 6 months or more.
• Full-time experience is required.
• At least 6 months of experience engaging with children (through work or volunteering).
• A minimum of 6 months in a customer service job is required.
• Willing to travel to all Watermelon Swim locations.
• Willing to get trained in CPR/First Aid within 45 days of employment.
• Willing to get trained in Lifeguarding within 90 days of employment.
• Submit 2 letters of reference for consideration.

Nice To Haves

• An aquatics background is preferred.
• Experience in swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, education, recreation, or other roles focused on teaching and developing others is highly valued.
