About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students in their final semester pursuing a bachelor's degree, offering valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship provides real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning and growth. This role is located at either 3030 Broadway, Oakland, CA or 1706 San Pablo Ave, Berkeley, CA, and is for students graduating in May 2027. The position is part-time with an hourly rate of $22.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by June 2027.
Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, or leadership.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in February 2027.
Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.
