About The Position

We're hiring ambitious, motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Management Trainee. Responsibilities

  • Participate in paid training focused on marketing, customer engagement, leadership, and management.
  • Assist with the execution of face-to-face marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Represent client brands at retail events, community events, and promotional activations.
  • Build positive customer relationships while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Support event planning, setup, coordination, and breakdown.
  • Educate customers about products, services, and promotional campaigns.
  • Gather customer feedback and campaign performance data.
  • Maintain brand standards and professionalism during all customer interactions.
  • Work closely with marketing managers and leadership teams to achieve campaign goals.
  • Complete campaign reporting, administrative tasks, and daily team meetings.
