About The Position

We are a rapidly growing event marketing and fundraising firm partnering with nonprofit organizations and community-focused clients. We are seeking a Business Management Trainee to join our team and develop the skills needed to grow into leadership and management roles. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are ambitious, driven, and eager to learn business operations, team leadership, client relations, and campaign management from the ground up. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with a desire to grow into a leadership role
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
No prior experience required (training provided)

Responsibilities

Participate in hands-on training in business operations, marketing, and management
Support execution of live events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives
Work directly with clients to understand goals and assist in delivering results
Learn how to manage teams, delegate tasks, and oversee daily operations
Assist in tracking performance metrics and campaign outcomes
Contribute to planning and improving event and marketing strategies
Engage with customers and community members in a professional setting
Collaborate with leadership to develop leadership and management skills
