This Management Trainee opportunity is located within our Truckee/Tahoe market and may support branch locations throughout Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City, Incline Village, Kings Beach, the Tahoe Basin, and surrounding mountain communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A valid CA Drivers license is required.
• A minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership (military, athletic/team activities, community, social or academic organizations).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
• Cultivate new business.
• Develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put customers first.
• Engage in friendly competition, which is critical to growing the business and your success.
