About The Position

Locke Supply is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for sales and customer service who desire advancement opportunities. This is a challenging, hands-on role where you will work daily with customers to ensure an outstanding experience, advise on new products, and identify cost-efficient solutions. You will gain knowledge of different trades and Locke Supply's product offerings. While customer service is the focus, you will also be involved in daily operations, including invoicing, pulling orders, stocking freight, and delivering materials. The ultimate goal for candidates in this position is to advance within the organization and take on the challenge of managing a Locke Supply branch within 18-36 months.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Desire to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a D.O.T Physical and Drug Test
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer, physical job duty test through WorkSTEPS

Responsibilities

  • Work daily with customers to ensure an outstanding experience.
  • Advise customers on new products and identify cost-efficient solutions.
  • Learn about different trades and Locke Supply product offerings.
  • Invoice customers.
  • Pull orders for customers.
  • Unload and stock freight.
  • Deliver material to customers.
  • Eventually manage operations.
  • Advance within the organization to run a Locke Supply branch.
