Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Must have a valid Puerto Rico driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
Put our customers first.
