About The Position

The 1ST GEAR! is SIXT's global Management Trainee Program, a 12-month intensive journey designed to accelerate participants into leadership roles within the company. The program offers hands-on experience, responsibility, and skill development in a dynamic mobility sector. Graduates are guaranteed a leadership position, either managing a branch or joining an airport leadership team. The program focuses on operational goals, efficiency, and team success. Participants gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, with clear learning and performance objectives. The role involves working in daily operations, from sales to fleet operations, and includes training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving. Collaboration with Branch Managers and Area Directors provides on-the-job leadership training.

Requirements

Completed a bachelor's degree or gained relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
Have a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, driven to lead.
Strong communication skills in English.
Work independently, solve problems, and take ownership.
Required to work and travel within the United States as business needs dictate.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Have at least 1 year of driving experience.
