About The Position

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This is a spring part time internship working 25 hours per week. This position pays: $17/ hour. We are currently hiring at one of the following locations: Channelview, TX 77015, Baytown, TX. 77521.

Requirements

Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of May 2027
Must be willing to commit to our Spring program minimally working 25 hrs. per week.
Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following: Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales), Military service, Collegiate student athlete, Held a student leadership role in a university organization
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

Develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
