The Management Trainee Quality program at CSL Plasma is an accelerated 6-9 month training program designed to develop professionals into leadership roles. Upon completion, trainees will be promoted to Assistant Manager Quality and relocate to a CSL plasma center in Texas, Oklahoma, or New Mexico, with relocation assistance provided. The program includes extensive training in production, center leadership, and leadership development through classroom instruction, live environments, one-on-one mentoring, and travel. Trainees will gain experience in various staff roles, trending and investigating deviations, change management, leading audits, and ensuring inspection readiness. The role requires overnight travel up to 25% of the time and reports to the Assistant Manager Quality.
