The Management Trainee Quality program at CSL Plasma is an accelerated 6-9 month training program designed to develop professionals into leadership roles. Upon completion, trainees will be promoted to Assistant Manager Quality and relocate to a CSL plasma center in Florida or Georgia, with relocation assistance provided. The program involves significant overnight travel (up to 25%) and includes three phases: Production Training, Center Leadership Training, and Leadership Experience & Development. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in various staff roles, attend classroom and live-environment training, receive one-on-one mentoring, and learn about trending and investigating deviations, change management, and leading audits. After the program, trainees may travel to support other centers until promoted.
