About The Position

This is a 6-9 month accelerated training program for professionals seeking a promising future with a clear career path. The program offers development opportunities through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel opportunities. Upon completion of training, trainees will relocate with a promotion to Assistant Manager at a CSL Plasma center in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana, with company-paid relocation assistance. Overnight travel is required up to 25% of the time. The program is divided into three phases: Production Training (7 weeks), Center Leadership Training (10-14 weeks, including 5 weeks of overnight travel for training), and Leadership Experience & Development (12 weeks, including weekly one-on-one mentoring and leadership development classes). After completing the program, trainees are eligible to apply for promotion, with the goal of securing a promotion within 60 days of program completion. Trainees may travel overnight to support other centers until promoted.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Relocation and travel required.

Responsibilities

• Learn staff responsibilities including Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy and Plasma Processing Technician.
• Travel overnight to leadership training sites for classroom-style and live-environment training.
• Receive weekly one-on-one mentoring with a Sponsor.
• Complete a series of leadership development classes.
• Oversee production and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure the center is "inspection ready."
• Participate in recruiting and performance management activities.
• Handle center financial responsibilities.
• Travel overnight to support other centers until promoted.
