About The Position

The Management Trainee Operations role at CSL Plasma is an accelerated 6-9 month training program designed to develop future leaders within the company. This program offers a clear career path with development opportunities through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel. Upon successful completion of the training, trainees will receive a promotion to Assistant Manager at a CSL Plasma center located in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana, with company-paid relocation assistance. The role involves overnight travel up to 25% of the time and reports to the Center Manager. The program is structured into three phases: Production Training, Center Leadership Training, and Leadership Experience & Development, culminating in eligibility for promotion within 60 days of program completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Local candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure the center is "inspection ready."
• Participate in recruiting and performance management activities.
• Manage center financial responsibilities.
• Travel overnight to support other centers until promoted.
