About The Position

The Management Trainee Operations role is a 6-9 month accelerated training program designed to offer professionals a promising future with a clear career path. Trainees will receive development opportunities through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel opportunities. Upon successful completion of the training, trainees will relocate with a promotion to Assistant Manager at a CSL Plasma center located within Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. The company provides relocation assistance. The role involves overnight travel up to 25% of the time and reports to the Center Manager. The program consists of three phases: Production Training (7 weeks), Center Leadership Training (10-14 weeks, including 5 weeks of overnight travel for classroom and live-environment training), and Leadership Experience & Development (12 weeks, including weekly one-on-one mentoring and leadership development classes). Responsibilities include overseeing production, ensuring centers are inspection-ready, participating in recruiting and performance management, and managing center finances. After completing the program, trainees are eligible to apply for promotion and may travel overnight to support other centers until promoted, with the goal of securing a promotion within 60 days of program completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Local candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
