About The Position

The Management Trainee Operations role is a 6-9 month accelerated training program designed to offer professionals a promising future with a clear career path. Trainees will receive development opportunities through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel opportunities. Upon successful completion of the training, trainees will receive a promotion to Assistant Manager and will relocate to a CSL Plasma center within Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, or Alabama, with company-paid relocation assistance. The role involves overnight travel up to 25% of the time and reports to the Center Manager. The program aims to secure a promotion within 60 days of completion, with the expectation of supporting other centers through overnight travel until promoted.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
  • 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Local candidates strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy and Plasma Processing Technician experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production and support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the center is "inspection ready."
  • Participate in recruiting and performance management activities.
  • Center financial responsibilities.
  • Travel overnight to support other centers until promoted.
