Management Trainee Internship (Summer '27) - Chicagoland Locations
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you will learn to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting learning, growth, and fun. This paid internship for Summer 2027 runs from May 2027 to early August 2027, with a pay rate of $18.00/hour for a 40-hour work week. The role will be located at one of the Chicagoland locations, with the specific site determined during the interview process.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelors degree program with a graduation date of May 2028 or sooner.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales, leadership and customer service.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past three years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
