About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. This program places interns in a team-based environment where they face similar challenges to full-time professionals, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The internship offers a chance to manage a fleet of vehicles, handle customer relations, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships. Interns will complete projects and participate in friendly competitions, with potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. This role is located at 3030 Broadway, Oakland, CA and 1706 San Pablo Ave, Berkeley, CA. It is for students in their final semester of a bachelor's degree program, graduating in May 2027. This is a part-time position offering $22 per hour.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in their final semester graduating by May 2027.
Must have 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
10-12 week commitment with availability to start employment in December 2026.
Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
