About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peer support for learning and growth. The role is located at one of our rental branches on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Requirements

Must be a Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027.
Must have a Business or Communications related major.
Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years) criminal, employment reference, education and social security.
Must have a valid driver's US license for one year.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must live on the Eastern Shore.
Must be able to start January 2027.
Must be able to commit to a 25 hour work week.
Must be able to commit to 12 weeks.
