Management Trainee Intern - Kenosha
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, helping interns stand out from the crowd. From day one, interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning, growth, and enjoyment. The internship is located in Kenosha, WI, pays $17 an hour, and runs from May 2027 to August 2027, based on a 40-hour work week.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled full-time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028 or August 2028.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience (sales, customer service, management/supervisory, or organizational leadership).
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction (DUI, DWI) on record within the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
