About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This is a temporary, part-time position during the spring of 2027, with an hourly rate of $19.00. Eligible applicants must be available to work 15-25 hours per week between approximately January 20, 2027, and April 17, 2027. This internship is exclusively for May/June 2027 graduates and is located in New Haven County, CT.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in May or June 2027.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours (aside from religious observation).
Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) being applied to within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
