About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning and growth. This is a temporary part-time position during the spring of 2027, with an hourly rate of $19.00. Eligible applicants must be available to work 15-25 hours per week between January 20, 2027, and April 17, 2027. This internship is specifically for May/June 2027 graduates and is located in Fairfield County, CT.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in May or June 2027.
The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Aside from religious observation, must be available to work a minimum number of 15 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
