About The Position

Hajoca Corporation has a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain world-class leaders. This program offers bright, driven individuals the opportunity to learn every aspect of the distribution of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies through a rigorous rotational program. Trainees will rotate through various job functions across the business, working alongside a dedicated team. They will gain experience in tasks ranging from stocking warehouses to computing financial statements and generating business. Ultimately, participants will be prepared to make decisions as a Profit Center Manager, including hiring, product selection, pricing, and customer engagement strategies. The program aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit, enabling individuals to run their own business with the preparation and support needed for success.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA
An ability and willingness to work in all areas in the region (may require relocation)
A strong desire to lead a team and run your own business
Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences
The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills

Nice To Haves

Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus
