About The Position

Hajoca Corporation offers a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain world-class leaders. This program provides bright, driven individuals with a comprehensive understanding of the distribution of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies through a rigorous rotational structure. Trainees will gain experience in all facets of the business, from warehouse operations and financial statements to business generation. Upon completion, individuals will have the opportunity to become Profit Center Managers, making key decisions regarding hiring, product selection, pricing, and customer engagement, effectively running their own business with the preparation provided by the development program.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA.
  • An ability and willingness to work in all areas in the region (may require relocation).
  • A strong desire to lead a team and run your own business.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences.
  • The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities
