Support payroll responsibilities for 150 to 350 teammates under the Nurse Managers' supervision. This role involves multiple units, departments, and potentially campuses, requiring knowledge of system policies, procedures, and labor management guidelines. The assistant will monitor time and labor edits, trends, and discrepancies, ensuring accurate time code allocation and appropriate use of overtime. They will also manage daily scheduling changes, track healthcare teammate license verification, maintain ShiftSelect credential updates, and manage teammate PTO tracking for approval eligibility. Additionally, the role involves handling MLOA/FMLA reports and reconciliation, participating in candidate interviews, maintaining A&C records and biweekly reconciliation, staying informed on healthcare trends and regulations, monitoring premium pay programs, managing multiple projects, and providing general support to assigned Nurse Managers and cross-functional areas. Support for additional operational projects that contribute to overall performance goals is also expected.
