About The Position
Menards is hiring Management Interns for a paid, part-time, hands-on training program designed to prepare participants for retail management. During the 12-week internship, the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members work alongside the intern to develop their understanding of the business and prepare them to take on a management role in the near future. The position offers opportunities to strengthen organizational, communication, and time-management skills and gain hands-on management experience. Immediate openings are available.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the 12-week Management Internship training program.
- Work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn about the business.
- Develop organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Gain hands-on management experience.
