About The Position

We are sharing a specialised talent-network opportunity for experienced management consultants interested in potential future projects involving advanced AI research and real-world consulting evaluation. There is currently no immediate project opening associated with this network. Qualified professionals may be contacted as relevant opportunities become available. Future projects may focus on evaluating how effectively AI systems perform realistic management consulting work across strategy, market analysis, financial modelling, business-case development, executive presentations, and implementation planning.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional management consulting experience
Experience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm or an equivalent professional environment
Strong structured problem-solving skills
Experience with market sizing and commercial analysis
Financial modelling and business-case development experience
Ability to develop clear strategy recommendations from complex information
Experience preparing executive-level presentations
Exceptional written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Comfort receiving feedback and calibrating professional judgment against defined standards
A degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline may be highly relevant
Advanced business or quantitative education may strengthen an application
Equivalent professional management consulting experience may also be considered
Practical experience solving complex client and business problems is particularly valuable

Responsibilities

Consulting Deliverable Evaluation: Review realistic consulting deliverables produced by AI systems or human contributors. Evaluate market analyses, strategic recommendations, financial models, and business cases. Assess client-ready presentations and implementation roadmaps. Identify weaknesses in logic, assumptions, analysis, and recommendations. Apply professional consulting judgment to complex business problems.
Evaluation Criteria & Rubric Development: Develop precise, task-specific grading criteria for consulting assignments. Define standards for high-quality strategy and management consulting work. Create evaluation criteria that distinguish rigorous analysis from incomplete or superficial approaches. Ensure grading standards reflect realistic client expectations. Apply criteria consistently across multiple work samples.
Strategic & Commercial Analysis: Evaluate structured problem-solving approaches. Review market sizing, competitive analysis, and commercial assessments. Assess financial models and business-case development. Evaluate whether recommendations follow logically from the available evidence. Review implementation plans for feasibility, clarity, and strategic alignment.
Scoring & Written Feedback: Score AI-generated or human-created work against established criteria. Provide detailed written justification for evaluation decisions. Explain analytical strengths, weaknesses, and material omissions clearly. Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so assessments remain reproducible and defensible. Incorporate structured reviewer feedback and calibrate evaluations against established standards.
