Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in a management consulting, business analysis, or strategic planning role.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

  • A Master's degree (MBA) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or sales strategy is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse clients' existing business models, customer acquisition strategies, and market positioning to identify key challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop comprehensive, data-driven strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance and overall business efficiency.
  • Lead project teams to implement proposed solutions, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to provide clients with actionable insights and a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for senior management and key client stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, technical, and sales teams to ensure the delivery of cohesive and effective solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies, using key metrics to report on progress and refine approaches as necessary.
