About The Position

NTT DATA Europe & Latam, Branch in USA, Inc. seeks Management Consultants in Arlington, Virginia. This role involves leading projects related to digital and operational strategy, executing business consulting projects, collaborating with technology teams, maintaining executive client relationships, developing commercial proposals, fostering solution innovation, and contributing to team development. The consultant will serve as a functional technical expert and ensure high-quality project delivery. The role supervises 20 subordinates in various consultant and analyst positions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience in a related occupation.
4 years of experience in Business Acumen - Understanding business and market strategies for organizational benefit, Knowledge of company goals and tasks, Participation in initiatives, Understanding client needs and key stakeholders, Developing opportunities, Knowledge of competitors, strategies, trends, and how business works.

Collaborating closely with technology solutions teams to creatively harness technology to support processes as part of the overall solution design.
Maintaining robust executive relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Developing compelling and persuasive commercial proposals to present to prospective clients.
Cultivating innovation in creating solutions to address the specific challenges of clients in various strategic areas.
Contributing to the professional development of the team by offering guidance and support for the growth and success of less experienced consultants.
Serving as a functional technical expert, sharing expertise and knowledge with the team.
Actively participating in projects from initiation to completion to ensure successful and high-quality delivery.
Providing expert guidance to clients to effectively address their needs and inquiries.
