We are seeking a Management Associate to work directly with department heads and senior leaders to help drive execution across the organization. This role sits within Strategic Operations, supporting leadership on a wide range of operational challenges — from coordinating complex initiatives and managing leadership workflows to helping solve problems related to budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, and supply chain execution. You will operate as a hands-on partner to leaders, ensuring priorities move forward and critical work stays coordinated across teams. The role is intentionally broad and offers exposure to how leadership teams make decisions and run complex organizations. This position is ideal for high-slope early-career operators who want to develop strong operational judgment, gain exposure to leadership decision-making, and take ownership of important organizational work.

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in roles requiring strong analytical and operational thinking.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, priorities, or workflows.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
High level of judgment, discretion, and ownership.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with department heads to help coordinate and execute leadership priorities.
Manage complex workflows including scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups to ensure leaders operate effectively.
Support cross-functional initiatives by tracking progress, resolving coordination challenges, and ensuring teams stay aligned.
Help leaders work through operational problems spanning budget, staffing, scheduling, procurement, and supply chain coordination.
Prepare materials, analyses, and briefings to support leadership decision-making.
Identify operational bottlenecks and help improve internal processes as the organization scales.
