Management Analyst III
About The Position
PingWind is seeking a Management Analyst III who will provide analytical, operational, and program management support to improve organizational effectiveness, business processes, and mission performance. The Management Analyst will evaluate existing processes, analyze program and operational data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations for government and program leadership. This role works closely with program managers, functional leads, technical personnel, and government stakeholders to support planning, reporting, requirements management, process improvement, documentation, and performance monitoring. The Management Analyst will directly contribute to improving program efficiency, operational effectiveness, decision-making, and overall mission performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Analyze organizational processes, procedures, workflows, and operational performance.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop recommendations to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership.
- Support development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, process maps, plans, and other program documentation.
- Track program requirements, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
- Conduct research and analysis to support management decisions and organizational initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, working groups, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Support development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other performance measures.
