About The Position

Brush Creek Solutions is seeking a Management Analyst II to support our DoD customer at Fort Lee, Virginia. This role is contingent upon contract award. The analyst will be responsible for researching, analyzing, coordinating, and developing OCS-related force design updates (FDUs) and MOCS updates. This includes establishing and maintaining coordination with various offices such as the CASCOM Force Management Office (FMO) and FMOs at other TRADOC COEs to identify and synchronize force design requirements. Additionally, the analyst will coordinate with personnel proponent offices to identify and synchronize MOCS requirements, maintain a point of contact (POC) list, and participate in force design and personnel coordination meetings. The role involves preparing and submitting meeting summaries, advising on Force Development and personnel issues, and researching/analyzing Force Design Update (FDU) packages in accordance with AR 71-32. The analyst will also research, analyze, and recommend OCS personnel solutions, prepare input for MOCs updates, and pull data monthly from FMSWEB and IPPS-A to update the 3C ASI Data Visualization Tool. A key responsibility includes serving as a member of the Assessment Team for the Operational Contract Support Theater Planning Team (OCS TPT) Capabilities Requirements Assessment and modifying the Force Design Update (FDU) as required.

Requirements

  • Active SECRET clearance
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience using Microsoft Office/365 and Adobe Pro
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in force development IAW AR 71-32
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience retrieving data from the Force Management System website (FMSWeb)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with the Military Occupational Classification System (MOCS) and Personnel Authorization Module website (PAMWEB)
  • Experience pulling data from IPPS-A
  • Understanding and experience in operational contract support (OCS)

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, coordinate, and develop OCS-related force design updates (FDUs) and MOCS updates.
  • Establish and maintain coordination with CASCOM Force Management Office (FMO) and FMOs at other TRADOC COEs to identify and synchronize force design requirements.
  • Establish and maintain coordination with personnel proponent offices at CASCOM and other TRADOC COEs to identify and synchronize MOCS requirements.
  • Establish and maintain point of contact (POC) list for action officers at appropriate COEs.
  • Participate in force design and personnel coordination meetings in person and by telephone and video teleconference (VTC).
  • Prepare and submit meeting summaries to advise and make recommendations via memorandums on Force Development and personnel issues to the COR and OCS Division Chief.
  • Research, analyze, and prepare Force Design Update (FDU) packages IAW AR 71-32 and meet timelines established by the relevant FDD.
  • Research, analyze and recommend OCS personnel solutions and prepare input to MOCs updates upon approval by the OCS Division Chief.
  • Meet timelines established by the appropriate external agencies.
  • Pull data monthly from FMSWEB and IPPS-A on 3C ASI positions and Soldiers awarded the 3CASI to update the 3C ASI Data Visualization Tool and maintain a 3C position graphical laydown.
  • Serve as a key member of the Assessment Team for the Operational Contract Support Theater Planning Team (OCS TPT) Capabilities Requirements Assessment and modify the Force Design Update (FDU) as required.
