About The Position

Mettle Ops is seeking a Management Analyst I to provide integrated program analysis and financial tracking support to our NSWC Crane Environmental Protection Branch support team. This position is a critical full-time role, contingent upon award, for a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of environmental program execution and contract performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, engineering, or science-related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management analysis, operations research, financial analysis, or engineering/science program management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated experience supporting contract financial reporting in a Government contracting environment
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing data in Government financial tracking systems

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with eCRAFT, WAWF, or PIEE contract management systems
• Experience supporting cost-reimbursement contracts under NAVSEA or a NAVSEA warfare center
• Familiarity with SCA-covered labor environments and DoD timekeeping requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage eCRAFT financial reporting submissions.
• Maintain the contract's labor hour expenditure tracking against Section B CLIN allocations.
• Support preparation of the Contract Status Report (CDRL) and Personnel Roster (CDRL).
• Coordinate data calls and administrative reporting requirements across program areas.
• Assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis.
• Support the Operations Manager with cost monitoring and risk identification.
• Provide analytical support to environmental program managers by compiling and organizing regulatory data.
• Track permit deadlines and compliance schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory agency reports.
