Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and coordinate programs, projects, grants, and operational initiatives across all divisions within the Community Development Department.
Provide analytical support for long-range and current planning initiatives, including Comprehensive Plan updates and implementation efforts.
Analyze and report on land use, housing, and development trends by developing performance metrics, tracking key indicators, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, and grant/project expenditure tracking.
Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
