The salary listed above includes the scheduled 2% general salary increase that goes into effect on July 1, 2026. This individual is also a strategic partner who understands the agency-wide implications of audit outcomes. They are adept at tracking audit issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external regulators, and driving timely, effective corrective actions. Their judgment is trusted at the highest levels, enabling them to provide clear, actionable advice to the External Audit Manager and the Director of Internal Audit on emerging risks, potential deficiencies, and opportunities to strengthen internal controls.
