Expect all this and more when you join us at BevChain. We’re seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support our Major Brands operations across VIC and NSW. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role blending finance and operations, partnering closely with site leaders to drive performance, cost insights, and decision-making.
Requirements
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards.
- Experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role.
- Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and P&L ownership.
- Ability to work autonomously – proactive, inquisitive, and self-driven.
- Comfortable operating in a site-facing, operational environment.
- Looking to step into a more commercially focused role with stakeholder exposure.
Nice To Haves
- Background in industry (logistics, FMCG, manufacturing or similar) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver month-end close, P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform operational and wage analysis across site-based teams.
- Support weekly revenue adjustments and financial postings.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Partner with operations to provide actionable commercial insights.
- Work closely with admin teams and site stakeholders.
- Contribute to Coca-Cola and some CUB-related financial activities.
