About The Position

The Opportunity As a Managed Services - Revenue Integrity/CDI/HIM - Director, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organizations. Your role involves assessing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. In this role, you will be part of our Finance Consulting practice, where you will provide consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance. You are expected to be a guardian of our reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction, cultivating potential in others, and actively teaming across the network to leverage our collective strength.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of experience
