About The Position

As a Managed Services - HR Senior Analyst, you will engage with clients to provide comprehensive support and drive organization and talent transformation initiatives. Within our HR Managed Services practice, you will focus on enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness by developing strategies related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of workforce strategy, talent development, and organizational design to improve employee experience. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Requirements
