Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or IT related concentration.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Focused on attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with firewalls, such as Cisco, SonicWALL and Meraki
  • Experience with Windows Servers, Office 365, Azure AD Administration, SharePoint and Teams Administration.
  • Experience with remote solutions

Responsibilities

  • Remotely or onsite support, troubleshoot, administer, and/or deploy workstations, servers, storage, email, cloud, and network-related equipment and software
  • Advise clients using industry best-practices and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Maintain client security standards and confidentiality of information
  • Clearly document support issues, resolution steps, and newly deployed equipment and/or services within RSM’s ticketing system
  • Effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Adaptability to changing processes and technology
