Requirements

  • Substantial experience delivering Microsoft cloud, consulting, automation, or professional services solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot technologies, and related ecosystems.
  • Successfully translated business challenges into technology-driven outcomes.
  • Enjoy designing frameworks, methodologies, and repeatable service offerings that scale.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments where innovation and experimentation are encouraged.
  • Proven experience improving business processes through automation and intelligent workflows.
  • Confident communicating technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Passionate about emerging technology and continuously developing your expertise.
  • Naturally embody collaboration, accountability, curiosity, learning, and a team-first mentality.
  • Hold valid right to work in United States.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cutting-edge Managed Intelligence services and solutions.
  • Transform emerging Microsoft and AI capabilities into scalable, commercially valuable offerings.
  • Build repeatable frameworks, implementation approaches, deployment playbooks, and operational models.
  • Create reusable assets including automation workflows, Copilot experiences, prompts, templates, assessments, and reference architectures.
  • Pilot new services and refine them before transitioning them into wider delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align new service development with business priorities and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Gather insights from partners, customers, sales teams, and stakeholders to identify future opportunities.
  • Support launch readiness, adoption strategies, positioning, and enablement programs.
  • Help ensure services are practical, scalable, and capable of delivering measurable outcomes for partners.
  • Lead and support strategic engagements to validate new service methodologies.
  • Act as a trusted expert in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Enable internal teams through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and best practice development.
  • Bring market insights and innovation trends back into the business to continuously improve our services.
