Requirements

Bachelor's or Associate degree required
4-6 years’ experience with critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Strong time management, note-taking, and email organization skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
High attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Background in Paralegal studies
Experience in a legal environment
Customer service or call center background

Responsibilities

Assess eligibility for care programs for individuals and families
Coordinate and communicate schedules with internal and external clients
Conduct client interviews, gather information, and compile case data for attorney recommendations
Manage casework efficiently, ensuring timely documentation and case resolution
Perform legal research, analyze legal documents, and draft legal materials
Maintain accurate records and extract information from multiple databases
Actively participate in workgroup meetings and team discussions
Support leadership with special projects and tasks as needed
