About The Position

Apogee Engineering is seeking a Managed Attribution Program Manager who provides comprehensive lifecycle management and oversight for all organizational Managed Attribution (MA) accounts and activities. This role is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen
• TS/SCI clearance required
• Bachelors degree in science or engineering
• 8 years experience with DoW or similar programs
• Experience in program management, security, or related fields
• Experience with MA and OPSEC
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for personnel seeking MA capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to procedural, training, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain integrity, security, and operational readiness of the MA program.
• Interface with key stakeholders, manage compliance and auditing, and maintain meticulous records.
• Manage MA account provisioning, access control, and deactivation processes.
• Conduct compliance audits and security reviews of MA activities.
• Develop and maintain MA program policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and operations security teams.
