About The Position

The incumbent will primarily be responsible for wrapping connection bars.

This role involves cleaning bars before and after they go through the oven, operating the wrapping machine, silver-plating connections, packaging and crating according to instructions, performing various quality control checks on the product, maintaining order and cleanliness of the work area, and handling parts using an overhead crane. Other general related tasks may also be assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of different measuring tools: caliper, tape measure, micrometer, imperial and metric (an asset).

• Nettoyer les barres avant et après leur passage au four
• Opérer la machine à enrubanner
• Procéder à l’argentage des connexions
• Procéder à l’emballage et au coffrage selon les instructions
• Procéder aux divers contrôles qualité du produit
• Conserver l’ordre et la propreté des lieux
• Manipuler les pièces à l’aide d’un pont roulant
• Tout autre tâches connexes générales
