Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Program
ARRT(R)(M); Radiologic Technologist Certificate issued by State of NM, and Current BLS Certification
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Radiation Safety procedures

Bachelor of Science Degree
1+ years of related experience
Proven ability to problem solve
Proven ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

Performs screening and diagnostic mammography examinations
Assists in maintaining records and reports consistent with MQSA
Enter data into computer and ensures accuracy
Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Maintains credentials and/or licensure
Attends and participates in departmental meetings
Performs other duties as assigned
