About The Position
Seeking a Mammography Tech for a full-time position at Baptist Health Floyd, located in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area. Baptist Health Floyd's Imaging services offer state-of-the-art testing options. The experienced staff and mammography specialists prioritize patient care and aim to create a comfortable, considerate atmosphere. In this role, you will perform mammography and other related procedures. This is an opportunity to work in a Regional, Non-Profit, Community Hospital with an excellent working environment and an organization that promotes continued education.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology Technology Program
- A.R.R.T. Certificate in General Radiology
- Current Indiana Radiation Machine Operators Certificate
- ARRT Certificate in Mammography
- Current Indiana Radiation Machine Operator’s License or active student permit if hired within 6 months of graduation from AMA approved Radiology program.
- Must obtain Indiana Radiation Machine Operator’s License prior to Student permit expiration.
- BLS certification from approved BLS course required
