About The Position

Lake Imaging has an exciting opportunity available for a Mammography Supervisor to provide supervision and direction to the Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service is delivered in the West metro region. You will need to be a demonstrated leader who possesses excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as being motivated and dedicated to drive a strong culture of high-quality patient care. This position would suit an experienced radiographer looking to step up, or hold proven supervisor experience who is looking for a challenge to diversify their skillset with a passion for patient care and their modality!

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration
• Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training
• Extensive experience and competency in mammography
• Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision
• Police Check and Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to our patients and referrers
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels are provided for the clinic; working alongside other site managers for rostering needs throughout the region.
• Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management team to ensure high level of service provision.
• Establishment and development of networks in the community with the aim of facilitating client understanding and satisfaction
