About The Position

In collaboration with leadership, responsible for the oversight of quality control duties for maintaining compliance with various regulatory agencies. Assumes a leadership role in the department under direction of supervisor/manager. Assists with staff scheduling with leadership being responsible for the accuracy of the schedule overall. Oversee day-to-day floor operations within Breast Care Services. Monitors customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction results, looking for trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. Assists manager with payroll duties as assigned. Monitors and tracks education requirements for regulatory compliance, as assigned. May lead special projects assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field Required
  • Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
  • 3 Years of relevant experience Required
  • CRT-Radiographer (R) ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required
  • CRT-Mammography (M) ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required.
  • BLS required from American Heart Association or Red Cross Upon Hire.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field Preferred
